Refunds and Cancellations
At ATX Print Services, every order is custom printed and made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before any invoice has been pair. Once an invoice is paid it is notice to start the job and unless otherwise arranged directly, orders cannot be cancelled.
Once production starts, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
File sizes are the customers responsibility. We assume files are sent to us properly sized and ready for printing.
Refunds and Reprints
We take great pride in the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, we will gladly offer a reprint or store credit at no additional cost.
To be eligible:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide photos of the issue and your order number for verification.
We may require you to return the defective product before issuing a reprint or credit.
Image Quality and Sizing
The Customer is solely responsible for providing artwork and image files in the correct size, resolution, and format for printing. ATX Print Services will print files as submitted and does not guarantee print quality for images that are low-resolution, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. By approving a proof or submitting a file for production, the Customer acknowledges that the file meets all quality and sizing requirements. ATX Print Services is not liable for dissatisfaction or costs resulting from errors in image sizing, resolution, or overall print quality when files are supplied by the Customer.
